The former Crusaders player Sean Maitland is one of four Scottish international rugby players expected to appear in court in Glasgow next month over an alleged serious assault.
The BBC is reporting that the four face charges in relation to an incident in Glasgow's west end in October, when another man was injured.
Maitland is in the Scotland squad to play South Africa at Murrayfield this weekend.
