Batting first, the Knights scored 200 for the loss of 4 wickets - Daryl Mitchell top scored with 88 off 47.
In reply, the Stags finished on 169 for 7 - Carl Cachopa hit 69 off 44.
Daniel Vettori was the best of the Knights' bowlers taking three wickets for 33 runs off four overs.
