Winger Manu Vatuvei has been ruled out of the Kiwis lineup for Sunday morning's Rugby League World Cup semi-final against England at Wembley.
Vatuvei has been suffering from a groin injury and been replaced by Jason Nightingale.
Kevin Locke starts at fullback ahead of Josh Hoffman and frontrower Sam Kasiano is back in the 17.
Coach Stephen Kearney says Locke had a very good game last week and for this game was the best choice for the group.
Frank Pritchard, who has been named alongside Sonny Bill Williams in the second-row, still has to pass a fitness test on a hamstring twinge.
Australia play Fiji in the other semi-final.
