West Indies believe Black Caps provide even match

The West Indies Cricket captain Darren Sammy believes his side is fairly evenly matched with New Zealand, as the teams prepare for the first of three tests starting on Tuesday in Dunedin.

The visitors have just come off a disappointing tour of India where they lost both test matches by an innings.

Those players have now arrived in New Zealand where they've joined up with a handful of players who took part in a warm-up match against a New Zealand XI.

Sammy says it's a quick turnaround from India and believes the key for his side is to adapt quickly to the conditions.

He says his team will have to put the disappointment of India behind them and believes they are now facing a more evenly matched side in the Black Caps.
