No expansion to 2014 F1 calendar

The 2014 Formula One motor racing calendar will once again include 19 races, starting in Australia on March 16 and ending on November 23 in Abu Dhabi.

As expected, Formula One has dropped races in New Jersey, Mexico and South Korea from the official 2014 calendar.

New Jersey's Grand Prix of the Americas, with New York's skyscraper skyline as a backdrop, had been due for a debut this year, but had to be postponed due to financial issues.

The only race debuting next year will be the Russian Grand Prix in Sochi, which replaces the Indian event.

And Formula One will return to Austria in Spielberg in late June.
