Northland have beaten North Harbour 26-23 in a bruising Air New Zealand Cup rugby match at North Harbour Stadium in Albany.
Wing Brook Gilmore scored a runaway try in the second half for Northland, and the rest of their points came from first five eighths Lachie Munro, with one try, two conversions and four penalties.
Harbour led 16-10 at half time.
