Raja will now play South American champions Atletico Mineiro, featuring former AC Milan and Barcelona forward Ronaldinho, in the last four in Marrakech on Thursday.
Chinese side Guangzhou Yiyao beat Al Ahly of Cairo 2-0 in the other quarter-final and will face Germans Bayern Munich in the semi-finals.
