The Irish rugby club Munster is keen on signing All Blacks hooker Andrew Hore.
35-year-old Hore announced his retirement from the game following the All Blacks European tour last month.
However the Daily Mail is reporting that Munster has contacted Hore about possibly joining them as an additional player for the Heineken Cup and Celtic League on a short-term deal.
Munster are coached by former Canterbury coach Rob Penney and have had several of Hore's countrymen in their side over the years, including Doug Howlett, Rua Tipoki and Christian Cullen.
