Kimmortey lifts Bulldogs

The Bulldogs are into a joint lead on the NRL table after a 28-4 win over the last-placed Roosters in Sydney.

The veteran Brett Kimmorley turned on a halfback masterclass, having a hand in four of the Bulldogs five tries along with a crucial 40-20 kick.

The win lifts the Bulldogs level with St George-Illawarra on 36 points, although the Dragons are ahead on points differential with with two rounds remaining.

Hazem El Masri scored the last try to go ahead of Dragons rival Jamie Soward at the top of the pointscorers' list.
