Supermaxi yacht, Wild Oats XI has secured a record-equalling seventh victory in the Sydney to Hobart race.
Last evening she sailed into Constitution Dock three hours, 10 minutes ahead of supermaxi rival Perpetual LOYAL.
Light winds for much of the race meant Wild Oats was not able to come close to beating the race record of one day, 18 hours, 23 minutes and 12 seconds, which she set in winning last year.
The supermaxi crossed the line a shade over 54 hours after the race's traditional start in Sydney harbour on Boxing Day.
