The Houston Texans NFL football team have named former Penn State University coach Bill O'Brien as their head coach.
The Texans produced the National Football League's worst record in 2013.
After opening the season with two wins, the Texans went on to lose the next 14 games, the last three under interim coach Wade Philips.
