The New Zealand Breakers basketball side have been beaten 99-73 by the Adelaide 36ers in their round 12 Australian national league game in Adelaide.
The visitors found themselves down 16-2 less than two minutes into the game and the 36ers relentless defence snuffed out any rally by the Breakers who also suffered from foul troubles.
Tom Abercrombie top scored for the Breakers with 24 points but had little support with Gary Wilkinson next best with 13.
The Breakers lie second to last in the competition with five wins and ten losses.
