As the Warriors prepare for their final match of a National Rugby League that's been a major disappointment coach Ivan Cleary concedes changes must be made.
An independent review of the club was announced yesterday with CEO Wayne Scurrah saying it needs to be more stringent than previous years, given their poor on field peformance.
The club reached the playoffs in 2007 and 2008 but have slumped to 14th in the 16 team competition this year.
Cleary says he's fully supportive of the process and has several ideas of his own but wouldn't elaborate.
