Part of the old Carisbrook sports ground in Dunedin will get a new lease of life at Albany's North Harbour stadium.
5 thousand seats which formed part of the famous Railway Stand at Carisbrook will be fitted at North Harbour Stadium to take the capacity of the ground up to 25 thousand for the Fifa under-20 men's World Cup next year.
The seats were bought by the local World Cup organising committee when they were auctioned off last year.
The seats will replace the current banks at the ends of the stadium.
As well as hosting the final of the Fifa under-20 World Cup, North Harbour Stadium will stage the opening match, four first round matches, one round of 16 match together with a quarter and semi-final.
