6:42 pm on 27 January 2014

India believe Saturday's tied third one day cricket international in Auckland marks the of a momentum shift in the five match series.

Beaten in the opening two games, a loss on Saturday would have given New Zealand an unassailable three nil lead in the series.

While the tie means the Black Caps can't lose the series, it's given India a chance of levelling it and off spinner Ravi Ashwin says while India, who're ranked second in the world, have been below their best that's about to change.

Game four is in Hamilton tomorrow with Wellington hosting game five on Friday.
