Sri Lanka build massive lead against Bangladesh

The Sri Lankan cricketers built a lead of nearly 500 runs before declaring at 730 for six on day three of their first Test against Bangladesh in Dhaka.

Mahela Jayawardene made an unbeaten 203, his seventh double century, and Kithuruwan Vithanage achieved his maiden century, an unbeaten 103, in only his third Test.

Bangladesh ended day three on 35 for one, needing another 463 runs to avoid an innings defeat.
