The world tennis number one Rafael Nadal has pulled out of the Copa Claro clay-court event in Buenos Aires because he hasn't been able to practice since injuring his back in the Australian Open final.
He's also been suffering from a stomach bug.
Nadal, who lost the final of the year's first Grand Slam tournament to Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka in four sets, said earlier this week that he was recovering well from the injury wich severely affected his serve and movement in Melbroune.
Nadal is expected to compete in the new Rio Open in Rio de Janeiro, which begins on February 17.
