Inu fighting to be fit for tomorrow night's Eels vs Dragons match

The Parramatta league centre Krisnan Inu will be given until the last possible moment to prove his fitness ahead of Sunday's NRL finals clash with St George Illawarra.

The New Zealand international limped out of last Friday's 37-nil defeat to the Dragons with a hamstring strain.

The Eels coach Daniel Anderson says Inu is receiving around-the-clock treatment to give him the best possible chance of playing at Kogarah.

Last Friday's setback was the Eels' first defeat in eight games, and Anderson says his players can't wait to try make amends against the minor premiers.

The Eels will also be boosted by the return of Nathan Hindmarsh, who missed last week's defeat because of a toe injury.
