The Auckland golfer Ryan Fox has finished second at the Queensland PGA Championship, three shots behind Australia's Anthony Summers.
Fox held the overnight lead after carding a six under par 64 in his third round but his three under 67 for 21 under overall wasn't good enough next to Summers' seven under 63 and 24 under.
Another Aucklander, Michael Hendry, and Wellington's Mark Brown were the next best New Zealanders in a share of 14th, 12 strokes behind Summers.
