South Africa have dramatically reversed their first test result against Australia with a crushing win in the second test in Port Elizabeth by 231 runs.

Needing 448 runs to win, the Australian openers put on 126 for the first wicket, but a devastating burst of reverse swing by Dale Steyn started Australia's downfall and they were all out for just 216 runs.

The series is tied at 1-all going into the deciding match in Cape Town.
