6:02 am on 26 February 2014

The weather is set to disrupt the World Track Cycling Championships in Colombia which start tomorrow.

Practice has been affected at the Cali veledrome, which has a roof, but has open sides.

The venue can cope with showers but heavy rain has caused the programme to be halted.

More rain is forecast.

New Zealand has 11 riders at the Championship.
