The New Zealand tennis player Marina Erakovic has won her second round match at the Mexican Open beating the sixth seed Bojana Jovanovski in straight sets.
Erakovic who's ranked 69th in the world beat the 42nd ranked Serbian 6-1, 6-4 to advance to the third quarter finals where she'll play top seed and Australian Open runner up Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia.
The last time Erakovic played Cibulkova was at last year's French Open when Erakovic won in three sets.
