Sochi safest place to be say Paralympic organisers

Despite rising tensions in the region the International Paralympic Committee say athletes are not planning to boycott the upcoming Winter Paralympics in Sochi in Russia.

Organises are expecting 575 athletes from 45 countries to compete.

Craig Spence of the IPC says while competing countries have expressed concern about the tenions in the Ukraine and Crimea, Sochi is one of the safest places to be in Russia.
