The New Zealand women's football team remain winless so far in 2014 after losing 2-1 to Switzerland at the Cyprus Cup on Saturday.
The Football Ferns were ahead through a third minute goal to University of Tennessee striker Hannah Wilkinson but the 16th-ranked side were overhauled by the 22nd-ranked Swiss team, who struck twice in two minutes midway through the second half to turn the game around.
The result puts the Swiss side at the top of Group C of the competition while the Football Ferns sit bottom of the pool after the Republic of Ireland and South Korea drew 1-1 in the day's earlier game.
