A change in the midfield seems likely for the Crusaders as they look to rectify their stuttering attack for Friday's Super Rugby match, against the Rebels in Melbourne.
The seven-time champions have been uninspiring with the ball in hand so far, scoring just one try in last weekend's scrappy 14-13 win over the Stormers.
One of the problem areas has been the midfield, where the pairing of Ryan Crotty and Rey Lee-Lo has failed to threaten defences.
Assistant Crusaders coach Aaron Mauger says they may use a new combination this week.
Mauger's also hinting at more changes in the backline, with Colin Slade a possibility to start at first five, allowing the All Blacks fullback Israel Dagg to return to his natural position.
