Black Caps cruise past Worcestershire in Abu Dhabi

The New Zealand men's cricketers have had their first warm-up game for the Twenty20 World Cup, posting an easy win over English county side Worcestershire in Abu Dhabi.

Worcestershire were dismissed for just 52 in 15 overs, with Trent Boult taking three wickets and conceding only two runs.

The Black Caps chased down the total for the loss of one wicket in just five overs, but continued to bat for the remainder of the 20 overs, finishing with a total of 194 for seven, with captain Brendon McCullum top-scoring with 51.

They begin their World Cup campaign against England in Chittagong next Saturday.
