Steven Adams has produced one of his best performances as a starter as his Oklahoma City Thunder took down the Houston Rockets 106-98.

Adams pulled down eight rebounds to go with two points and two blocks in 24 minutes on the court and did an excellent job guarding one of the league's best centres, Dwight Howard, who was held to nine points.

The Thunder's MVP candidate, Kevin Durant, had his 11th 40-point game of the season in the win, scoring 42 points with five rebounds and four assists.
