The New Zealand squash number one Joelle King has won her opening round match at the World Championships in Malaysia.
King, the 5th seed, beat Welsh qualifier Tesni Evans 3-nil.
She'll play Omneya Abdel Kawy of Egypt in the second round.
Meanwhile New Zealand qualifier Megan Craig will play 9th seed Jenny Duncalf of England in the first round.
