Third quarter struggles hurt Pulse once again

The Central Pulse remain winless in Australia, after losing 63-45 to the New South Wales Swifts in Sydney.

And the Wellington-based side's shooter Donna Wilkins concedes until they address the problem they'll struggle to make an impact in the trans-Tasman netball championship.

Another third quarter meltdown left the Pulse with just two wins from five games and in sixth place in the 10-team competition.

The Pulse were outscored 17-9 in the third stanza and Wilkins concedes the third quarter capitulations are crushing their chances.

Meanwhile the Mainland Tactix remain rooted to the bottom of the table after falling to a 67-43 loss to the Melbourne Vixens in Christchurch
