New Zealand's reigning world sailing champions in the 49er and 470 classes have both won gold medals at the Sailing World Cup, off the Spanish Island of Mallorca.

Peter Burling and Blair Tuke easily won the 49er title while Jo Aleh and Polly Powrie came from behind to topple the French leaders and win the women's 470 gold on the final day of the regatta.

Burling and Tuke have now won every major 49er regatta they've contested since winning Olympic silver in 2012, including last year's World and European Championships.
