The Memphis Grizzlies have beaten the visiting Dallas Mavericks 106-105 in overtime, to steal the seventh seed placing in the Western Conference of basketball's NBA.
The Grizzlies will line up against second seeds Oklahoma City in a tough opening playoffs series.
New Zealander Steven Adams' Oklahoma edged the Detroit Pistons 112-111 at home, the Thunder finishing the regular season with a 59 win, 23 loss record.
Their playoff series begins on Sunday.
San Antonio take the top spot in the West and the Spurs will host Dallas in the first round.
