Former cycling manager banned for 10 years

The United States Anti-Doping Agency has handed down a 10-year ban to Johan Bruyneel, the former manager of the US Postal road cycling team led by the renowned drugs cheat Lance Armstrong.

The team doctor Pedro Celaya and trainer Jose Marti have been given eight-year suspensions.

Bruyneel disputes the American Drug Agency's jurisidction over him, and he's considering an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
