Brendon McCullum's Indian Premier League cricket side the Chennai Super Kings have beaten fellow New Zealander Tim Southee's Rajasthan Royals by seven runs in Dubai.
Neither New Zealander had much of an impact on the match, scoring less than 10 runs between them for their respective sides and claiming no wickets with the ball, though the Black Caps captain McCullum did effect an impressive run out to help his team to victory.
