Yorkshire spanked by Rogers' Middlesex

The New Zealand cricketer Kane Williamson's been on the end of a batting masterclass as his English county side Yorkshire were handed a seven-wicket hiding at Lord's by Middlesex, thanks largely to Australian Test opener Chris Rogers.

The 36-year-old hit an unbeaten 241 as Middlesex, set a huge 472 to win, chased down their highest fourth-innings total of 472 for three on the final day.

Rogers' double century was the third-highest fourth-innings score ever recorded by a batsman in the county championship.
