The Queensland Firebirds have beaten the Mainland Tactix 69-52 in their Trans-Tasman netball clash on the Gold Coast.
With one win from nine games, the Tactix are firmly on the bottom of the points table, while the Firebirds are third.
Earlier on Sunday, the fourth placed New South Wales Swifts beat the top of the table Melbourne Vixens 54-50.
