The Welsh rugby team will be missing another of their stars for the whole of the November Test campaign.
Halfback Mike Phillipps, one of the British and Irish Lions stars during their 2-1 Test series loss to South Africa this year, faces up to 12 weeks out with knee ligament injury.
Wales had already lost two other Lions, Lee Byrne and Adam Jones, for next month's Tests.
