Pulse beat Tactix

The Central Pulse have continued their push for a place in the ANZ netball Championshipwith a 58-50 win over the Canterbury Tactix in Nelson.

In the position of needing to win their remaining games to make the top four, Pulse ticked off the first obstacle with a controlled outing, showing their superior experience to drive home the advantage in the second half.

The Pulse led by three at half-time, with new mum Liana Leota making her entrance for the second half with Millie Lees going to centre as visitors made a decisive move.

The Pulse captain Katrina Grant impressed in defence.
