The German golfer Martin Kaymer is back in the top 30 in the world rankings after his win at the Players' Championship in Florida.

Kaymer survived an anxious, weather interrupted final day to win the title by one stroke from the American veteran Jim Furyk, and he's jumped 33 places up the rankings to 28th.

Australian Adam Scott missed out on a top-16 finish which would have given him the 10th of a point he needs to displace TIger Woods as world number one.
