The New Zealand triathlete Nicky Samuels could find out more tomorrow about her appeal over her omission from New Zealand's Commonwealth Games team.
A five-strong team was named a month ago, but Samuels wasn't included despite two World Triathlon Series top-five finishes to her name in the past 12 months.
The appeal is being reviewed by an independent panel which is scheduled to reconvene tomorrow.
If successful Samuels' nomination would still have to go to the New Zealand Olympic Committee for selection.
The cut off date for the team to be finalised is mid June.
