England's Football Association will take no action against the Premier League's chief executive Richard Scudamore over sexist emails he sent were leaked by a former personal assistant.
Scudamore was forced to apologise after the comments, made in a private email, were leaked to a Sunday newspaper by the female employee who had a temporary job at the Premier League.
It was announced on Tuesday that Scudamore would keep his job after an advisory board concluded there was no discrimination in the Premier League's working environment.
Britain's Sports Minister Helen Grant called the comments "completely unacceptable", but the FA chairman Greg Dyke reiterated that as Scudamore was not an employee, the organisation could not take a position in terms of employment policy or take disciplinary action.
