The Manawatu golfer Tim Wilkinson has climbed three places into a tie for 13th after the second round of the latest PGA Tour event in Connecticut.
Wilkinson hit four birdies and two bogies for a two under par 68, taking him to six under for the tournament.
The New Zealander is five shots adrift of the leader from American Scott Langley, who's showing the way at 11 under.
Rotorua's Danny Lee is likely to miss the cut despite carding a one under par 69 today to be one over for the tournament.
