Coach not surprised Kane reported for chucking

The Black Caps cricket coach Mike Hesson says it's no surprise that Kane Williamson has been reported for a suspected illegal bowling action during New Zealand's second Test loss to the West Indies in Trinidad.

The New Zealand batsman and part-time off-spinner must undergo testing within 21 days, but is permitted to continue bowling in international matches until the results of the testing are known, leaving him free to play in the third and deciding test which starts on Friday in Barbados.

Hesson says Williamson's action has always been controversial and his reporting hasn't caught the Black Caps off guard.

Hesson says tweaking a bowling action isn't easy and if Williamson's is found to be illegal he'll need a significant amount of time to readjust.
