From Black to White... former Black Caps skipper Stephen Fleming has given the All Whites a pep talk ahead of their football world qualifier against Bahrain in Wellington on Saturday night.
After the nil-all result in the first leg in Bahrain the All Whites need to win to advance to South Africa next year.
Fleming spoke to the side when they all came together for the first time and Michael McGlinchey says it was good to hear a different perspective.
McGlinchey could play in the midfield with Simon Elliot under an injury cloud
