Read admits All Blacks can't always play exciting rugby

The All Black number eight Kieran Read admits they can't always produce a vintage game of rugby, but they're hoping to put some excitement back into their game when they meet England at Twickenham this weekend.

A second-string All Blacks side just got past Italy in Milan last weekend, with coach Graham Henry conceding it didn't live up to its billing.

That match brought out some of the worst aspects of the current game with kicking dominating, too many scrums being reset and just 1 try.

Read says the team always aims to please.... but its a test match and winning must come first.

The All Blacks will name their team tomorrow night.

Meanwhile lock Simon Shaw is back in the England squad after recovering from injury and he'll add some experience to their depleted pack.
