McClenaghan's Mumbai into IPL final

Black Cap Mitchell McClenaghan's Mumbai Indians have qualified for the final of the Indian Premier League after beating the Chennai Super Kings by 25 runs.

The Super Kings took to the New Zealander bowler, with McClenaghan finishing with 1 for 46 from 3 overs.

Chennai are coached by Stephen Fleming and Brendon McCullum starred for them this IPL season before departing to join the Black Caps in England several days ago.

The Dan Vettori-coached Royal Challengers Bangalore beat the Rajasthan Royals by 71 runs on Thursday night and go on to meet Chennai in the IPL tournament qualifier, with the winner of that game to play Mumbai in the final.

New Zealand pace bowler Adam Milne is in the Bangalore squad.
