Pulu will be unable to play for at least eight weeks, jeopardizing his chances of an All Black recall.

The 25 year old captain of Counties Manukau was selected for the All Blacks' end of year tour in 2014 and earned two caps, coming off the bench against the USA and Scotland.

The first All Black Test of 2015 is in Samoa on July the 8th.
