Luke beat a shoulder charge ban two weeks ago, but sat out last week's loss to the Bulldogs over another judicial infringement.

If the Warriors-bound hooker takes an early guilty plea this time he'll miss the Rabbitohs' final round robin game next week and the first week of the finals, but if the club contests it and loses, he'll miss three weeks.

Brisbane's Kiwis forward Alex Glenn was also charged by the NRL match review committee for making dangerous contact to an opponent's neck in a tackle, but Glenn can avoid suspension with an early guilty plea.
