China will send its biggest ever Winter Olympic team to Vancouver for next month's Games.

China, which topped the medals table at the last Summer Games in Beijing, sent 76 athletes to the Turin Olympics four years ago but is expecting to send over 90 athletes to Canada.

The director of the Chinese Winter Sports Administrative Center, Zhao Yinggang, says they have 64 qualified skaters and 25 skiers while also earned berths for figure skating, speed skating and women's ice hockey.
