Former captain Mashrafe Mortaza has been included in the Bangladesh cricket squad to tour New Zealand.

Mortaza has been out of action since last July with a knee injury and will play just the limited overs matches in New Zealand and says he doesn't want to captain the side... meaning Shakib Al Hasan will continue as captain.

The 15-member squad for New Zealand does not include any new faces, although batsman Shahriar Nafees, who failed in his comeback Test against India, has been dropped and replaced by his former ICL team-mate Aftab Ahmed.

The selectors also recalled the left-arm spinner Abdur Razzak to the Test squad, at the expense of Enamul Haque jnr.

The tour opens with a Twenty20 match next Wednesday.
