The French rugby coach Mark Lievremont has named centre Mathieu Bastareaud in his starting lineup for this weekend's Six Nations opener against Scotland.
Bastareaud lost his place in the side after making false claims about being attacked in Wellington last June before admitting he injured himself in a drunken fall in his hotel room.
Coach Lievremont says the tour incident helped 21 year old Bastareaud grow up.
